a.) PROMOTION of Foreign Companies / Principals through publications and advertisements.
b.) ACCREDITATION of Foreign Companies / Principals to recruit in the Philippines
c.) MANAGEMENT of Foreign Principals’manpower requirements in accordance to its specifications, through the various stages of screening, testing, orientation and selection, processing and documentation, and final deployment of candidate to the job site.
d.) ARRANGEMENT of training and testing facilities, medical examinations, psychological and personality tests, etc, as maybe required by Foreign Principals.
e.) CONDUCT OF PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINARS to selected candidates.
f.) SERVICES to candidates, career guidance and counseling, linkages to families and Philippines based services, etc.
g.) RELATED services needed by Foreign Principals.
